Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has been vocal about her love for the country through her social media posts. She is often seen taking to her official handles to open up about her views on the happenings around the world. She is currently in Ayodhya attending the Pran Pratishtha (consecration) ceremony of the newly-built Ram Mandir. Ahead of the celebration, on Sunday, she had responded to a call by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and cleaned Ayodhya’s Hanuman Griha.

In a video shared by ANI on X (formerly known as Twitter), Kangana was seen sweeping the floor of the Hanuman Garhi in Ayodhya. Ahead of the Ram Mandir’s Pran Pratishtha ceremony, PM Modi has called to clean all temples across the country. Responding to the call even veteran actor Jackie Shroff was seen diligently wiping the stairs of a Ram Mandir in Mumbai. Photos and videos of the actress cleaning the floors are going viral on social media, which has left her fans in awe. Draped in a beautiful red saree, the 36-year-old actress participated in the cleanliness drive. While talking about the same, she told ANI, “I wish to motivate people to pick up the broom by participating in this cleanliness drive. The city has been beautified and has a festive look about it going into the inauguration day.” She had even taken to Instagram to share a few glimpses from the Hanuman Yagya, that she had performed.
